NCMS Toolbox

The NeuroCognitive Memory Search (NCMS) toolbox is a MATLAB-based modeling framework, designed to allow neuroscientists to develop and test theories regarding the functional properties of neural signals recorded during memory search paradigms. More specifically, the toolbox allows one to specify a computational model of the memory system (currently operational: simplified variants of TCM/CMR models), integrate neural signal into the model, test the predictive power of the model, and use the model to generate synthetic free-recall response sequences. It is in an early stage of development.

APERTURE

APERTURE is a MATLAB-based toolbox for exploratory analysis of EEG data. It supports both univariate analysis and multivariate pattern analysis, and can process large amounts of data in parallel. Includes advanced plotting functions and PDF report generation. See APERTURE's GitHub project for more information.
